formula for sumif

Hope all is well! You can use the below formula to accomplish what you want. You just need to fill the formula down using the fill handle in the bottom right corner of the cell. I'm also attaching an example file for your reference. :

Thanks for your reply. Actually i tried this formula before i put the post but not working for next line.
In attached pic , let say for line 3 i stocked out 5 items . now again if i want to sock out same number it doesn't reflect on final stock . OR if i want to stock IN two times same number it does same.
i think it should clear the last number i put in H3 or G3.
