Formula for Excel 2007

Hello,

i am currently working with Excel 2007.

I have a table with:
Year   | number of sold machines | Price      | Turnover

2005  | 0                                        |100'000  | 0

2006  | 1                                        |100'000  | 100'000

2007  | 12                                      |100'000  | 1'200'000

2008  | 0                                        |100'000  | 0

Here is 2016 the market launch.

I have a couple of different machines and they are sorted after certain values, so machine 1 can be placed at field A1 today and tomorrow it could be field F1. Also it could be able that another machine has sold 10 machines in 2005 because it has the market launch in 2005.
I also calculate the commercial death point (20% of the highest turnover) and now I want to count the number of years the machine fall below this commercial death point.
My problem is that I can't define that every machine has a market launch in 2006. I can't type it for every machine extra because in the future it should work automatically. (so, here it should count the year 2006 and also the year 2008. Problem: 2005 has although a 0 and it gets counted as well but when another machine has a market launch in 2005 it should count it)

Is there maybe a formula like:

count from: 1st year number of sold machines is over 0?

Thank you very much and sorry if my English is not so good. :)

Best regards,

Raphael
