Hi Jennifer,

 

This is the formula you need in cell K2:

=IF(J2="","",
  IF(OR(G2="ANNUAL",G2="RFP"),J2+21,
  IF(G2="ITP",J2+28,
  IF(G2="RFQ",J2+14))))
