Lets assume the number of trades is in cell A1 then your formula is
=IF(A1=0,0, 4.25+(A1-1)*0.85)
so IF 1 contract is sold it will be $4.25 + (1-1) *0.85
so IF 2 contacts are sold it will be $4.25 + (2-1)*0.85
etc
