formatting

Hello, 

Since downloading excel 15.32 , all excel files now use comma separator (,) and not point (.) 

eg., 1089.04 is displayed as 1089,04

'Auto sum' does not work either .

Formatting cells function  and the usual fixes don't work.

any ideas how to cure ?
