Forecasting with different files using a Macro! Help!

Hello-

I am trying to create a file for our sales team where they can copy and paste, or drop, the information they get from our customer into a larger forecasting file. Though customers forecast and format things differently so I want to create a Macro that will elminate the uneeded columns and plug in the forecast that has been given by the customer. Does anybody have any ideas on how to do this?
