exporting excel spreadsheet to unformatted text

I have 6 pages of names that I need to copy and paste into a magazine. I have an excel spreadsheet and I have no idea how to convert or export that into straight text with no columns or breaks.

Can anyone offer any suggestions? Much appreciated.
