Execel Spread Sheet Help

Hoping someone can help me simplify the process for one of my work spreadsheets. Attached is a spreadsheet where I follow the training profiles for a nuber of people in my team.

Tab 4 is the raw data I pull from my work database, as this changes regularly I normally update this monthly and I have to then print it off and manully update the information on the other three tabs, this is labourious and time consuming.

The first three tabs are already conditionally formatted so 30 days before going out of date the box goes amber and when out of date goes red, if in date it is green.

What I'd like to do is for each data tab, 1 - 3, is it to autmatically look at the raw data in tab 4 and auto populate, just not sure of the formula set to use, so for example, in tab 1, the first person is Acheson, Iain, what I want cell B2 to do is look in tab 4 against the name Acheson, Iain and return the date from cell D13 in this instance.

There are a total of 18 training requirements each individual needs to hold so I just want an easier way to populate this if at all possible.

Would appreciate any advise to assist.

Kind Regards,

Barry

The names in the first three tabs are just a short name, the formula for each cell needs to be written to reflect what it is looking for in tab 4, the raw data.

The individuals names can be amended to include middle names also.

Ok, names are easily resolved, any ideas on formula to use??
