Exchange - Power Query Invalid Credentials

Hi- I've been using Power Query to pull data out of my Outlook emails without issue for a few months now. Suddenly I am getting an invalid credentials error and no longer able to connect to my Exchange account via Power Query. Anyone have any trouble shooting tips for me? This has been happening for about a week now.
