I need to build a chart with two linear graphs based on the horizontal axis with two scales.
Can somebody advise me how to do it or rather build a chart for me based on my data and explain later?

Create a standard line chart, then select one of the series and specify that it should use the secondary value axis. Change the scale of the secondary axis as needed.
- Thank you. I did it. However, as a result I am getting two vertical axes (left and right) instead of two horizontal axes (top and bottom). Having two vertical axes help but not sufficiently. May I send you the actual data so you may try yourself?
Could you attach a small sample workbook demonstrating the problem (without sensitive data), or if that is not possible, make it available through OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox or similar? Alternatively, you can attach it to a private message to me. Thanks in advance.
