Im doing an mortgage payoff amortizatuon spread sheet and i have a cell called payoff which is suppose to tell me when my balance is paid off. Right now its showing me what row my balance is at 0 but i want it to show what month range(a12;a372) its paid off. The month will alway vary

- This is the formular that im using but it gives me the row number not the month number
=MATCH(0,BalanceRange,0)-1 - The range that i want it to show is from a12 to a372 and the value range where itll be 0 is f12 to f372
