I have a template that I figure quotes in and do contracts in. I have another workbook that I keep my sales in. I want the quote workbook to update by corresponding job number to sales workbook. Wanting it to update it whether it was a sale or no sale.

- You can use If/Else formula along with LOOKUP formulas based on some common field across both the sheets, e.g. Quote#.
If you can share the anonymized screenshot with dummy data then someone can help you with further guidance
