I am wanting to print my new worksheet with titles, blank rows and columns printed as well,

Activate the Page Layout tab of the ribbon.
Click the arrow in the lower right corner of the Page Setup group.
The Page Setup dialog has 4 tabs in which you can specify how you want your sheet to be printed.
