Excel
I have a spreadsheet with 2612 rows and 2 columns. Each row has a school name (column A), and in column B there is a numerical code (the codes are 11, 14, 15, 27, 40 and 41). There are about 900 uniques school names; the rest are duplicates. A portion of the table is shown below.
| Central Alabama Community College | 11 |
| Central Alabama Community College | 15 |
| Enterprise State Community College | 11 |
| George C Wallace Community College-Dothan | 11 |

| George C Wallace Community College-Dothan | 41 |
| George C Wallace State Community College-Hanceville | 11 |
| George C Wallace State Community College-Hanceville | 15 |
| Central Arizona College | 15 |
| Central Arizona College | 40 |
| Central Arizona College | 41 |
| Cochise County Community College District | 11 |
| Cochise County Community College District | 14 |

I want to rearrange the table so that unique school names are in column A, and there are 6 columns with the codes for that school: see below
| 11 | 14 | 15 | 27 | 40 | 41 | |
