Excel

Hi

I have a mark sheet of a set of marks of a group of learners. e.g.

Mark  67.8%

Sean 34.2 %

Jolene  55,8%

I want excel to identify a range and convert it in a next column to a number

e.g.  marks between 1 and 29.9 = must be converted in a new column as a 1

marks between 30 and 39.9 = must be converted in a new column as a 2

etc...
