Excel User Voice

I have some ideas in Excel for Windows user voice as follows:

Agree to all and I prefer followings.
●Copy format icon
●Conditional formatting
●In tablets, zoom out less than 50% to 20%.
●width and height adjustments of cell.
●Advance FILTER ability.

How about honouring the "comma" when I want to export "CSV comma delimited", which currently produces a semicolon delimited file when the system-level region setting is set to comma for decimals. I live in a region that *does* use comma as the decimal point, but I still need to produce comma delimited CSVs. BTW I use Mac.
