Excel Timeline Tool Interaction

Hello,

 

I am trying to use the timeline function to provide more functionality to our pivot table selection. The issue I am having is that the headers for the pivot table are Jan-Dec and are static. If I select July 17 - Jun 18 the customer would like the headers to read Jul-Jun not Jan-Dec. Does anyone out their know if I can link the headers to the timeline selection?

    Jason,

     

    obviously you grouped your dates. You have to add the Year to the columns area.
