yaa, i am also facing same issue some users... what/s happening.

Hi Kunal,

Perhaps that's another issue - Excel Survey was updated on Forms https://support.office.com/en-us/article/Create-a-form-with-Microsoft-Forms-4ffb64cc-7d5d-402f-b82e-b1d49418fd9d?ui=en-US&rs=en-US&ad=US#PickTab=Excel_Online

  So survey option is begin replaces with forms.

    Is this fully deployed? I have the new "Form for Excel" option in OneDrive, but it is missing in our Sharepoint. I've been working on this with O365 support, but we've not fixed the issue. I have checked all of the settings mentioned in the reference (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2890031/excel-survey-doesn-t-have-full-functionality-when-you-click-new-in-a-s)
