Excel spreadsheet - how to print in colour

I have an HP all in one PC with Windows 10

 

When I try to print an excel spreadsheet there is no option to choose between black & white or colour

I know my HP Deskjet 4535 prints in colour as I have copied & printed various documents including my passport!!!

Any ideas?

with previous PC's there has always been an option but not on this one.

    Is that for any Excel file or for some specific one?

    Do you print correctly in color from any other Office app?

    Which are page settings?

      My page settings are the same as the ones you show. I do not have a print in colour option on any Office App. Maybe there is a way to add it from the Office App?
