Excel split problem

I have a really strange problem with Excel split and I don't know how to fix it

 I will attach the file.

Basically the problem is that when I want to separate the columns according to comma I go to DATA menu and use text to column. But when the Excel want to change the last column(product cost)it puts date instead of the costs in the file!!

Its really strange can anyone please help.
