Excel sheet layout not right on iPhone

I have an excel sheet with a certain layout, but when somebody opens this on an iPhone (with the built-in viewer), some elements (images) are moved a little bit and row sizes are smaller than intended.

Is there a way to format the layout of the Excel sheet, so it's viewed the exact same on iPhones as well, with the built-in viewer. I know using the official Excel app from Microsoft would be a solution, but the Excel sheet goes to customers, can't ask them to install that app.
