Excel percentage calculation

I am attempting to work out the conversion rate of calls taken to sales achieved as a %, ie 10 calls and 6 sales = ? as a %. ( I have 3 columns C,(calls) H(a specific item) & I( anoth specific item), so the calculation should be C-(H+I), right ? and then that answer should be a %
