Excel past ratio values as time format and add seconds

Hello,

I'm trying to paste a table from a website which has values in ratios, and paste them in excel to arrange them in cells then copy them to powerpoint.

The problem that excel takes the ratio values as time format and add the seconds part. I tried to change the format option but didn't help.

It's the tables; like, in the middle of the page. Copy one table and paste it in excel sheet and then edit the first row, then you have a complete time format.

How to solve this problem?
