Excel online: auto timestamp a cell

Hi I'm trying to place a timestamp in a cell based on a value being added to another cell on the same row.

This is specific to Excel online, I was able to do it in regular Excel, but formula does not function once workbook is online.  The data is a Table.  I also researched Automate, but does not seem to be a way to run a script based on a sheet-event.
