Excel Online add ribbon features and notes availability

Is Notes feature available in excel online And is there a way to add functions to Excel Online ribbon ?

And ribbon is not customizable. That's only FX tab.

Thank you Sergei. Is "Notes" removed from Excel for Office 365 too ?

You are welcome. Nope, they are in desktop clients for Office 365

  SergeiBaklan Are threaded comments available with Excel Version 1808 Build 10730.20304. I am not able to see them, when I click new comment, I see the legacy one

    Sai Gutta , I'm not sure with which build comments were introduced. But even if you have right build that doesn't mean you automatically have the functionality - it deployed gradually from tenant to tenant. Build number only means you have some new code inside it, but that doesn't mean that's new functionality will be switched on for your tenant as soon as you upgraded on such build.
