Excel macro not working after upgrade from Windows 10 to 11

I have a simple macro to modify a spread sheet but it has stopped working (the F5 step-through key not responsive and the macro does not run), after I upgraded from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Who can...

I never got an explanation as why the Microsoft number 1-866-425-1856 is continually busy or what is the correct number to get paid support.
