What do you mean when you say conditions?
The commas instead of ; because that makes no difference...

I mean logical tests. Here they are marked as red, and value returns if true - as blue.
You second test shall be like
...;[@[Customer Age]]<34;...In your formula you compare Customer Age with nothing. And you don't need to check here if it's more than 25 - if first logical test Customer Age <25 returns FALSE, on this step you work only with ages which are more than 25. If first test returns TRUE, formula stops evaluate other tests.
