How do I calculate my company turnover rate? I have start date, end date, and some employees that are still current. I have hires since 2014 and want to be able to break it up by quarters as well.

You could create a pivot table and group the dates by quarter. You might have more options available but it's difficult to provide a recommendation without seeing the data.

Is it possible for you, without disclosing real names or IDs, to post a copy of your spreadsheet? Put it on OneDrive or GoogleDrive with a link pasted here that grants access.

I was the director of the HR/Payroll database for a major corporation at one point (around 25 years ago, to be frank; retired for a bit over 20 now), so I dealt with this kind of thing frequently. It would be helpful if your data includes termination dates for those who, you know, turned over, since that's what you're wanting to calculate. But it will also be helpful to see how you store all the data on the employee population,
