Need to add 2 cells one needs to all way add up but one will change up or down. Like add 2 +3 = 5. Cell with 2 will change and it needs to be added to the cell with 3 it’s a game to keep score. The next round could be 4+ added the cell with the number 3 so I will get 9. this is a game to keep track of points.
each round will start 0-0 but will have a running total.

Not sure I fully understand but I have attached a file with a possible solution.
If it's not what you need could you add a bit more description or even a demo file of what you need
