Excel graphs

I wish to create a graph that will resemble a classical Boston Consulting Group four quadrant configuration.

The data consists of 2 columns with about 10 rows. The 4 quadrants would contain the scores in the two columns, ranked from low to high. Thus the top right hand quadrant will show the items that have the highest score in the two columns
