excel formulas

I am trying to create a sheet that will view the dates and milestones of different classes.  Is there a way to designate the training days and specify to exclude holidays and weekends from the start and end dates?  I have a class that is 9 days, and depending on the weekends and holidays it actually covers 13-14.  On certain training days, there are milestone events, but when I just add the training day number of the event to the start date, it doesn't line up properly.

Here's a link to an excellent website that gives practical advice on various topics. From what I read, the WORDAY.INTL function may be just what you need. But you'll see that this site offers ways to explore the many other functions Excel has for days.
