A formula just returns a value, you cannot specify formatting in a formula.
But you can use conditional formatting to highlight a cell depending on the result of the formula in the cell.

I guess you are not going to bold and colour cells randomly, most probably it's some logic behind depends on what formulae return. Formalizing that logic you may apply Use conditional formatting to highlight information (microsoft.com)
