You can use below formula in column T:
=INDEX($B$1:$S$1,1,MATCH(LOOKUP(2,1/(B2:S2<>""),B2:S2),B2:S2,0))
and below formula in column U
=LOOKUP(2,1/(B2:S2<>""),B2:S2)
