Excel formula question

I'm trying to find the average of 4 random 20-sided dice rolls. But before I can find the average I need to Add 4 random 20-sided dice rolls (=RANDBETWEEN (1,20)) x4. If those dice rolls equal to an amount less then 20 i need to add 2 more dice rolls and then find the average.
