Excel for MAC number format

They the system settings are already correct, and your other solutions will permanently change the cells to MY desired format, which is not the same as the desired format of others with whom I share hundreds of affected spreadsheets. It will also take hundreds of hours to affect such changes across thousands of cells in hundreds of spreadsheets.
v16.95.3 BROKE date formatting based on system preferences in Mac. It is a BUG.
