Excel for Android: writing formulas always gives "syntax error"

Hi to everybody.

I've just installed Excel for Android and when, in a newly created file

I tried to write a simple "=SUM(B1:B2)" I've got "syntax error" message.

The "=B1+B2" formula works correctly: any help?

As I can see all the help on functions is in Italian, I tried with the Italian syntax -

"=SOMMA(B1:B2)" but with no luck.

Always the same message.

I then tried and created a new file with Excel online, then opened it with

Excel for Android ant the same "=SUM(B1:B2)" formula works with no

syntax error messages.

In Online I can see the formulas are in English.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.
