Excel embedded pictures are now randomly choosing their location and size since latest update

Please fix.  This is why I hate when Microsoft updates anything, whatever problem they may have fixed I never had, but always new problems.

If this doesn't get fixed then I have a couple hours to spend relocating and resizing photos.
