Excel does not round up on 5
Greetings on the day. I have found that excel does not round up on 5. Surely this is some option that is changeable. For example if a value is 0.75, changing the number of decimal places to 1, result...

What's the function you use?
The round result depends on the function!
If you use ROUND(0.75,1) or ROUNDUP(0.75,1) it should works!
Perhaps, the real number in the cell isn't exactly 0.75!
Maybe it's 0.745.
To check that, select the cell, and press Increase Decimal button:
