Here is a solution that will work in all versions of Excel 2007 and later.
If all users will have Microsoft 365 (or, soon, Office 2021), the formulas can be a lot simpler.
No way, I still see users on Excel 2000 and even on Excel 97. That was nice time and we were younger.
