Excel Crashes on close - caused by DropBox
If you ever get this happening to you then suprisingly DROPBOX may be the cause.

- Dan BattaginCopper ContributorJon Peltier - have you repro'd this? If so, can you tell me how to repro it here - we'll reach out to Dropbox and ask them to fix it.
Dan Battagin they do appear to be aware of this at DROPBOX

http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/msoffice_excel - Jon PeltierCopper ContributorIt's not Dropbox per se, it's the Dropbox Office Badge, which is intended to integrate Office with Dropbox, so people can collaborate on documents shared on Dropbox. If you disable the Badge, the problem goes away.
