+Hello Lindsay150 , with charts, the devil is often in the detail. If Excel cannot determine what the data for the chart should be, then it cannot make the chart.
Can you post such a problematic worksheet with names anonymized? Please use the paper clip icon to attache the file, then please explain which cells you select to create a chart.
