Excel chart problem

I have created a bar chart, but one figure is not transferring from the data to the chart area.  I cannot work out why.  Can anyone help please?  Please explain in simple language, I am a beginner an...

    That is since you Y axis starts from 70. If you change on 60 (or whatever is less than 70) the column for G will be visible.

    I don't really have the right language to explain, but I have attached the document.   The value of 70 in column G is not showing in the chart.
