excel changing input values
need help anybody i have worksheet for jobs with varying job numbers but need to sum up the man hours spent on a job like the one shown below. the job numbers in all rows are changing during input ...
labor code is from the data table with drop down menu.
each row input can have the same job number but different labor codes
depending on what they did on the specific job during the time like what is shown on image 2
first input the actual time to calculate the spent hrs then the job# then the labor code from the data table's drop down menu. from here this is where i will generate the report image i sent to you yesterday
hope this is ok, i want on my report all job number segregated by labor distribution code and sum how is the easiest way for pls?
