Excel 2016 Autoexpanding a table

Hello everyone

I would like to learn if there's a way to autoexpand tables that have like different sections. For instance, consider this image:

Here, I have a Table with a "Total row". But if I want to add a new row, I have to insert it. I was wondering if there's a way to always have an empty row, waiting for it to be filled, or something like that. I know is a small detail, but if there's a way, it should be simple as well.
