errors in adding cells across tabs
When I go t add data from multiple cells in different tabs the "sum" does not equal the actual value.
ie Shht 1 Cell a1 + sheet 4 Cell b12 + sheet 14 Cell b12 - (if it should equal 63 excel will show sum as 21). Also the sum cell on the master sheet should be in cell a1 but excel will show the sum in f12. What do I need to do to get excel working properly again?
I have repaired the excel app, etc. I am using excel 365 in windows 10 on a PC

It may not be producing the result you expect, but Excel is still very very likely to be working properly. The problem, to be more blunt, is not at all likely to be in Excel. If it were, there'd be hundreds of thousands of users around the globe experiencing the problem.
Is it possible--assuming your workbook does not contain confidential or proprietary information--for you to post a copy of the actual workbook on OneDrive or GoogleDrive, pasting a link here that grants edit access to it, so that we can take a look at the actual workbook. The verbal description alone doesn't give sufficient information to diagnose what lies behind the symptoms you're experiencing.
