Can you click debug and send us a screenshot of the page that opens? Also, to really trouble-shoot we'd need a sanitized copy of the file and a description of what to do to reproduce the error.
disculpa te respondi y te envie todo lo que me pediste espero me puedas ayudar solo para comentarte e probado el documento en otras pcs y no tengo el mismo problema solo el problema sale en mi maquina y eso no se porque.
