employees salary budget plan
As an alternative to working from somebody else's template, might I suggest you try laying out what you visualize as helping you achieve your objectives here. Layout some arrangement of a monthly budget on paper, convert that to Excel, play around with various ways to use Excel to achieve your desired output. At most, you're probably going to need to use addition and multiplication functions, perhaps some others but all basic. A good reference (linked here) to those basic functions can help.
This is not rocket science; in fact, creating a budget for salaries is a fairly basic spreadsheet, a great one to start learning Excel, and you'll learn Excel (and maybe discover something of what really matters in your situation) by taking a pass at creating it yourself. A sheet/workbook created by somebody else could be way off the mark from what you actually need.
