Embed Excel from OneDrive Personal - Does it Update Auto?
I have a workbook that updates during a sporting match. i want the updates to be viewed by the end user in real time or without refreshing the web page. is that possible in excel only?

in my experience, the embedded file does not show the update immediately, it usually takes a minute or two.
