el formato de fecha se reconoce como texto y no lo puedo cambiar

trabajé una fórmula en excel 365, cuando la abrí en Excel 2010 no reconoció la función SI.CONJUNTO, lo cambié por un SI anidado. Luego al intentar restarle la fecha de una celda a la función HOY, me sale el error que no se puede realizar la resta.
