Using Power Query, flatten your dataset table (meaning unpivot them) so you can feed the flattened dataset to the data model and be able to create a dynamic power pivot in real time (upon refresh all).

Thank you for that! How would I upivot them? I see the refresh option to allow update stats but not unpivot.
